These come from the problems at the end of Chapters 2021-22 in the textbook.  They are listed below and scanned questions are available here.

 10-1: Quantitative Problem #48 of Chap. 20: Redshift and Hubble's Law

 10-2: Quantitative Problem #45 of Chap. 21: The Black Hole in M31

 10-3: Quantitative Problem #47 of Chap. 21: Stars and Clouds in Colliding Galaxies

 10-4: Quantitative Problem #48 of Chap. 22:  Mass from Rotation Curve

 If you don't turn in your solutions during class, turn it in to Dr. Dufour at his office in person or by putting it in the IN ENVELOPE next to his door, or slide it under his door….Rm. 346 HBH!

Note also Quiz 10 is posted (two sets of questions) on MasteringAstronomy.com and is due by 11pm Tuesday 12/04.

Times for observing project observing at RUCO will be announced in class and posted on the class website as time and weather permits.

This week (likely these will be the LAST nights scheduled since report due 12/04):

Evenings (starting 7pm): Wed/28th, Thu/29th, Fri/30th

Mornings (5AM-6AM...don't be late!): Friday Morning(30th) and Saturday Morning(Dec 1st)
